Job summary

Storable is seeking a commercially minded Account Manager (Farmer) to grow Monthly Recurring Revenue within an assigned book of existing Mid-Market or SMB customers. In this role, you will convert usage trends, facility growth, and product whitespace into expansion bookings.

You will partner closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM), who owns product adoption and the mechanical execution of the renewal, stepping in to lead commercial terms when the renewal requires restructuring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or closing sales in B2B SaaS.
• Experience mapping whitespace and running data-driven expansion plays.
• Strong negotiation skills for add-ons and contract restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans and whitespace analysis for priority accounts.
• Lead expansion plays: facility adds, upgrades, marketplace opt-ins.
• Own pricing, proposals and expansion contracts.
• Maintain expansion pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with CSM and cross-functional teams to accelerate sales cycles.
