Miratech Group seeks a Senior Routing Engine Developer to architect and build the next-generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact centers. You will craft core routing engines, deploy scalable Java/Spring Boot services, and work across telephony, CX platforms, and analytics teams.

You will design high-availability systems, implement routing based on skills and business rules, and drive API-first, event-driven architecture in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications.
• Expert Java and Spring Boot development experience.
• Experience building routing logic for contact centers or CX platforms.
• Knowledge of ACD concepts, agent states, queue management, and routing strategies.
• Strong API-first design and event-driven architecture understanding.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead client-facing workshops.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of interactions.
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, and rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and low latency across routing paths.
• Design and maintain APIs for routing configuration, monitoring, and integration.
• Collaborate with CX teams to translate requirements into routing capabilities.
• Review designs, identify risks, and balance quality, time, and cost.
