Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will develop the core routing engine for real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, skills, and channels.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, distributed architectures, and cloud-native technologies, collaborating with product, CX, and workforce management teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in distributed applications.
• Expert in Java, Spring Boot, REST, and microservices.
• Experience with routing logic for contact center or CX platforms.
• Knowledge of ACD concepts, queues, and workload balancing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines in real time.
• Implement routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, and availability.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance.
• Design APIs supporting routing configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration requirements.
• Optimize systems for high concurrency and fault tolerance.
• Integrate routing services with telephony, CRM, analytics platforms.
• Translate requirements into components, flows, and roadmaps.
• Define non-functional requirements for availability, security, and observability.
