Zusammenfassung

Miratech, a global IT services company, seeks a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next-generation interaction routing platform for enterprise-scale contact centers. You will develop core routing engines, APIs, and microservices in Java/Spring Boot, ensuring low latency, high availability, and seamless integration with telephony, messaging, CRM, and analytics systems.

You will work with product and CX teams to translate business journeys into scalable routing components,

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed applications.
• Expert-level Java and Spring Boot with REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience designing routing logic for contact centers or CX platforms.
• Knowledge of ACD concepts, queues, agent states, skills, and load balancing.
• API-first design, event-driven architecture, messaging, cloud-native systems.
• PostgreSQL or relational databases, data modeling, and transactional design.
• Hands-on experience with CX platforms and routing concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation.

Aufgaben

• Design enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions.
• Implement intelligent routing based on skills, priorities, capacity, and rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance across routing paths.
• Build APIs and integration components for routing configuration and monitoring.
• Collaborate with CX teams to translate requirements into routing capabilities.
• Define non-functional requirements for availability, security, observability, and DR.
• Develop Java/Spring Boot services and reference implementations.
• Lead design reviews and drive pragmatic, cost-aware decisions.
