Job summary

Amentum seeks a Rotary Wing Scheduler III to support the Plan and Scheduling office for the 316th Wing and Helicopter Squadron Production Control Responsibilities. You will assist the supervisor, build and manage complex schedules, and ensure compliance with DAFI 21-101 guidelines.

Responsibilities include managing flight schedules, phase flow, TCI/SI coordination, and preparation of technical and assembly inspection documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in plans, scheduling and documentation in US Military or equivalent civilian unit.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of MIS (Integrated Maintenance Database System) or GO-81 is desirable.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plan and Scheduling Supervisor with day-to-day rotary wing plans and scheduling.
• Build and manage annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly flying schedules; coordinate aircraft and spares.
• Ensure compliance with DAFI 21-101 and related instructions.
• Load and track TCTOs/OTIs; manage phase flow and on-time schedule performance.
• Prepare reports and attend meetings as directed.
