Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Rotary Wing Scheduler III to manage the day-to-day operations of the aircraft plans and scheduling office in support of the 316th Wing and 1st Helicopter Squadron. You will build the annual to weekly maintenance and flying schedules, ensure timely TCIs/SIs, and maintain flight hour data while coordinating with multiple teams.

Requires eight years of plans/scheduling experience, strong MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word), and the ability to obtain a Secret security

Qualifications

• Eight years of plans, scheduling and documentation experience with U.S. military or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (US citizenship required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Access and MS Project desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of aircraft plans and scheduling office.
• Build and maintain annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly maintenance and flying schedules.
• Ensure on-time completion of TCTOs/SIs and phase inspections.
• Prepare and reconcile flying hour reports and maintenance data.
• Attend meetings and prepare technical assistance/maintenance requests.
