Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Rotary Wing Scheduler III in Maryland to support the 316th Wing and Helicopter Squadron Production Control. You will manage the annual to weekly maintenance and flying schedules, ensuring aircraft, spares, alerts, and training assets are properly allocated on the published weekly schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining phase flow, scheduling TCIs/SI, and recording data in the MIS while coordinating with AVDO duties and engine management tasks.

Qualifications

• Eight years in plans, scheduling and documentation in US military or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of MS Access and MS Project desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Valid State Driver’s License (Real ID) and ability to obtain flightline license.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly maintenance and flying schedules.
• Meet timelines for quarterly, monthly and weekly flying schedules per directives.
• Control phase flow to ensure uninterrupted aircraft entry into phase dock.
• Schedule all TCI/SI for on-time completion and assign Job Control Numbers.
• Maintain MIS data, and load and validate TCTOs/OTIs.
• Attend meetings and prepare maintenance assistance requests as required.
• Adhere to First Look Report for upcoming fiscal year.
