Amentum seeks a Rotary Wing Scheduler III at Joint Base Andrews to run the aircraft Plans and Scheduling office for the 316th Wing and 1st Helicopter Squadron Production Control.

Responsibilities include building and managing the maintenance and flying schedule, meeting deadlines, and coordinating TCTOs/SIs, engine status, and FIAR compliance. A strong background in military scheduling and clear communication are essential.

Formación

• Experience in plans, scheduling and documentation functions within military/government context.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Access/Project desirable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of aircraft Plans and Scheduling office in accordance with DAFI 21-101 and related instructions.
• Build annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly maintenance and flying schedules; commit at least ten aircraft daily.
• Meet timelines for producing schedules; manage phase flow and ensure uninterrupted aircraft flow into phase dock.
• Schedule TCIs/SIs for on-time completion; assign job control numbers; compute maintenance scheduling effectiveness.
• Attend meetings; assist in preparing Technical Assistance Requests and Maintenance Assistance Requests.
• Maintain aircraft jacket files, historical documents, and MIS data; reconcile FIAR reports.
• Load TCTOs/OTIs into MIS; brief leadership on unaccomplished TCTOs; chair monthly TCTO reviews.
