Job summary

Amentum seeks a Rotary Wing Site Manager to support the Program Manager in planning, directing, and controlling a major rotary-wing program to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

You will oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, customer relationships, and contract actions; participate in proposals; and travel domestically and internationally as needed. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or related field.
• Five or more years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in planning, directing, and monitoring the program.
• Manage program cost, quality, and schedule to meet contract objectives.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and performance of subordinate staff.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and contract terms; participate in negotiations.
