Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Rotary Wing Scheduler III to assist in planning and scheduling operations for a rotary wing fleet. The role supports the 316th Wing and Helicopter Squadron Production Control, ensuring timely and accurate flying schedules and maintenance activities.

The candidate will manage schedules, coordinate inspections and TCTOs, and maintain essential documentation while upholding security and regulatory standards. A federal clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in plans, scheduling and documentation in a US military or equivalent civilian unit.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plan and Scheduling Supervisor for day-to-day operations of rotary wing plans and scheduling.
• Manage the annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly maintenance and flying schedules, including daily aircraft commitments.
• Coordinate TCTO/OTI planning, MIS data entry, and reporting for FIAR compliance.
• Maintain and reconcile aircraft, engine, and AVDO reporting and documentation.
