Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Rotary Wing Scheduler III to manage day-to-day operations of the aircraft Plans and Scheduling office for the 316th Wing at Joint Base Andrews. You will build annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly maintenance and flying schedules, allocating at least ten aircraft daily and ensuring on-time TCIs/SIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in plans, scheduling and documentation functions with US Military or equivalent civilian unit.
• Experience building and executing a maintenance and flying schedule for the 316th Wing at Joint Base Andrews.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and MIS/IMDS; ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the aircraft Plans and Scheduling office.
• Build and maintain annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly maintenance and flying schedules.
• Schedule TCIs/SIs and assign Job Control Numbers.
• Prepare daily engine/status and flying hour reports.
• Coordinate with MAJCOM on FIAR compliance.
• Attend required meetings and brief leadership on schedule status.
