Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Rotary Wing Scheduler III to support day-to-day operations for the helicopter plans and scheduling office. You will manage the annual to weekly flying schedule, ensuring at least ten aircraft are scheduled daily and that phase dock flow remains uninterrupted.

The role requires eight years of military or equivalent civilian scheduling experience, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of MIS/GO-81. US citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in plans, scheduling and documentation in a U.S. Military or equivalent civilian unit.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of MIS (Integrated Maintenance Database System or GO-81).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Must have a valid State Driver’s License (Real ID) and be able to obtain a flightline driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly maintenance and flying schedules.
• Schedule at least ten aircraft daily and manage phase flow for uninterrupted operations.
• Assign Job Control Numbers for TCIs/SIs and track completion.
• Prepare for and support Maintenance Assistance Requests; adhere to First Look Report timelines.
• Attend meetings and ensure documentation compliance with applicable directives.
