Zusammenfassung

Amentum is seeking a Rotary Wing Scheduler III to oversee the day-to-day operations of the aircraft plans and scheduling office supporting the 316th Wing at Joint Base Andrews.

You will build and manage the maintenance and flying schedules across annual to weekly horizons, ensure timely compliance with directives, and coordinate with maintenance, supply, and engineering teams while maintaining MIS data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• The Rotary Wing Scheduler III will have a minimum of eight years of experience in plans, scheduling and documentation functions with a United States Military or Equivalent Civilian Unit or at least three years of first-hand experience building and executing a Maintenance and Flying schedule with the 316th Wing at Joint Base Andrews.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Access and Project is desirable.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of MIS (Integrated Maintenance Database System or GO-81).
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and be able to operate in a dynamic scheduling environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required).

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operations of the aircraft plans and scheduling office.
• Build annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly maintenance and flying schedules.
• Ensure schedules meet DAFI 21-101 timelines and phase flow requirements.
• Load and track TCTOs/SIs and reconcile data in MIS.
• Prepare reports and attend required meetings.
