Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Roofing to own large multi-location deals across markets. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports, remote from the USA or Canada, targeting roofing contractor groups.

You will manage the full cycle from discovery to close, engage owners and regional leaders, and expand to additional locations and services as deals sign.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annual revenue from large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Independent contributor with no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on impactful proposals.
