Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Roofing to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close multi-market groups with a substantial quota, supported by our inbound and SDR team, operating remotely across the USA and Canada.

The role emphasizes long, strategic sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, and rewards success with expansion opportunities across locations and services.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for the deals that matter.
