Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Senior Specialist to support technology-centric product launches at key accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders to ensure sustainable use of new technology and meet program goals.

You will lead training for surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system, onboard new accounts with field teams, and support technology upgrades while maintaining high customer satisfaction and adherence to QA policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience
• One year of orthopedic sales or case coverage experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop account specific launch plans to enable sustainable use of new technologies
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways for ROSA system and other technologies
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians; provide in-service training and clinical support during enabling technology cases
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required
• Handle key administration duties efficiently and accurately
• Promote high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and clear communications
• Adhere to QA and internal documentation policies and attend annual trainings
