Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Houston, TX is seeking a Robotics Clinical Senior Specialist to lead technology centric product launches and educate stakeholders. You will train surgeons, staff and administrators on the ROSA system and related technologies, while coordinating with field service teams to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic sales/case coverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account launch plans to enable sustainable use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training on ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with installation, in-service training, and clinical support during cases.
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required.
• Promote high customer satisfaction through timely, clear communication and professional presentation.
