Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to promote and support technology centric product launches at key accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders for sustainable use of technology and help customers reach their program goals.

You will lead training for ROSA and other technologies, onboard accounts, and provide clinical support during enabling cases, with travel up to 75%. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of clinical sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic sales/case coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create account launch plans to enable sustainable use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training for ROSA system and related tech.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service staff.
• Deliver in-service sessions, train local sales colleagues, and provide clinical support.
• Assist with technology upgrades and required admin duties.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely responses and clear communication.
• Adhere to QA policies and participate in annual trainings.
