Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in the United States is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to promote technology launches at key customer accounts and educate stakeholders on ROSA and related technologies. You will lead installation, in-service training, and clinical support to ensure successful technology adoption.

Travel up to 75% is expected as you partner with the field team to onboard new accounts, deliver demonstrations, and support ongoing upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic sales or case coverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account specific launch plans to enable sustainable support for new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways to educate surgeons, staff and administrators on the ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians; provide in-service and training.
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required.
• Handle key administration duties and ensure timely customer communications.
• Attend annual trainings as required.
