Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to join our Technology Launch team. You will educate, train, and support stakeholders in sustainable use of our ROSA system and other technologies at key customer accounts.

Travel up to 75% and you will develop launch plans, train surgeons and staff, onboard new accounts, and assist with installations and upgrades while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or technical discipline preferred or mix of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year in orthopedic sales or case coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop account specific launch plans for local sustainable support of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways on ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with system installation, in-service training, and clinical support.
• Support advanced technology upgrades; perform key administrative duties.
• Promote customer satisfaction through timely responses and clear communications.
