Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Five+ years in Ryder Operations (shop).
• Two+ years in Ryder operations customer service exposure preferred.
• Four+ years in transportation maintenance.
• Two+ years in diagnostic and customer resolution exposure.
• ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and remedy vehicle roadside breakdowns with autonomy over cost and uptime.
• Coordinate with RCRC and leadership on follow-ups and escalate as needed.
• Provide updated technical knowledge and training to the maintenance team.
