Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Roads & Highways Project Manager in Texas to lead roadway design teams across multiple highway projects. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client interactions, while mentoring staff and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a PE license in TX and 10+ years of engineering and highway/roadway design experience, with a focus on delivering complex transportation programs.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering with TX PE license.
• 10+ years of engineering and highway/roadway design experience.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and coordination for transportation projects.
• Schedule and run project meetings with clients and regulators.
• Manage project production, manhours, costs, and status reporting.
• Identify roadway business opportunities and present to clients.
• Coordinate contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
• Direct project teams to meet schedule and budget targets.
