Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis in Texas is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer/Task Lead to manage roadway design teams on highway projects across the Central Region. You will perform planning, design, production coordination, and reporting while mentoring staff to support project delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires a BS/MS in Civil Engineering, 7+ years in highway design, TX P.E. license, and proficiency in MicroStation and OpenRoad Designer; AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS and/or MS in Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of engineering experience with highway/roadway design.
• P.E. license in TX is required.
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Applies standard engineering practices to manage roadway design teams.
• Participates in planning, design and production of drawings and specifications.
• Mentors team members and supports project delivery across multiple units.
• Reviews shop drawings and assists in progress reporting.
