Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify risks early and implement practical controls from intake to case closure.

You will develop enterprise risk programs, advise on independence and conflicts, and coordinate with GC, firm risk, and outside counsel as needed. Strong leadership and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or similar in professional services.
• Understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or ABC matters.
• Knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management and compliance for the FAS practice, identifying risks early and implementing controls.
• Develop and manage Enterprise Risk Management program for ABC entities and FAS.
• Provide guidance on independence, conflicts, and disclosure for complex engagements.
• Coordinate with GC, risk, and outside counsel; maintain risk register and reporting.
• Deliver risk management training and support incident response when issues arise.
