Qualifications

• Requires CPC certification and 3+ years of risk adjustment education.
• 3+ years of medical record review knowledge.
• Familiar with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding guidelines.
• Experience analyzing data to guide process improvements.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk adjustment education plans for provider groups.
• Analyze data and lead educational sessions to improve documentation and coding.
• Collaborate with relationship owners and QCS.
• Monitor strategy with Network Performance and leadership.
• Deliver tailored webinars and create compliant PowerPoint presentations.
