Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Coding Educator to identify opportunities to improve provider documentation and develop tailored education plans.

The role reports to the Manager, Coding Education and involves leading educational sessions, webinars, and compliant presentations focused on risk adjustment and coding improvements. You will collaborate across teams, analyze data to guide process improvements, and tailor programs for provider groups.

Qualifications

• CPC certification and risk adjustment education required.
• Experience with data analysis to guide improvements.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute risk adjustment strategies for provider groups.
• Analyze data and provide educational sessions for providers.
• Collaborate with relationship owners and QCS.
• Develop strategy with Network Performance team and leader.
• Tailor provider webinars and discussions on MRA topics.
• Create compliant PowerPoint presentations tailored to group strategy.
