Job summary

Reporting to the Manager, Coding Education, you will create webinars, tailor group discussions on MRA topics, and develop compliant presentations. Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Requires CPC certification and 3+ years in risk adjustment education.
• 3+ years of medical record review experience.
• Strong Medicare Risk Adjustment knowledge.
• Familiar with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding guidelines.
• Experience analyzing data to drive process improvements.
• Proficient in Excel; skilled with PivotTables and formulas.
• Skilled at delivering presentations to leadership using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute risk adjustment education plans for providers.
• Analyze data and deliver educational sessions to providers.
• Collaborate with relationship owners and QCS.
• Monitor strategy with Network Performance teams and leaders.
• Tailor provider group webinars and discussions on MRA topics.
• Develop compliant PowerPoint presentations for group strategies.
