Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a Digital Transformation Consultant to lead our RFP function and strategy, shaping opportunities and differentiating responses. You will guide end-to-end pre-sales activities, align with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams, and drive flawless execution across complex solutions.

This hybrid role requires senior-level communication, a strategic mindset, and a track record in RFP management within enterprise software contexts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in pre‑sales, enterprise discovery, or complex solution software consulting (ECM preferred).
• Experience managing RFP cycles and enterprise buying dynamics.
• Sales nuance and/or strong program management instincts.
• Executive-level communication and presence.

Responsibilities

• Join engagements during RFP response, pre‑sales demos, and discovery phases.
• Shape the narrative around productized solutions and best practices.
• Guide executives from custom asks to scalable adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Remain involved through solution alignment and scoping; no system configuration ownership.
