Axon seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in RF hardware to own the architecture, integration, development and validation of multi‑transceiver systems powering field devices like body cameras. You will define how wireless technologies coexist and lead hardware bring‑up, debugging, and certification efforts.

As a founding member of the hardware team, you will collaborate with antenna, mechanical, firmware and systems engineers to optimize end‑to‑end wireless performance, with hybrid

Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded wireless hardware and/or RF electronics design experience.
• Experience with chip‑down RF design and board‑level integration.
• Hands‑on hardware bring‑up and debugging with RF test equipment.
• Experience with multiple wireless technologies (LTE/5G, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS).

Responsibilities

• Own board‑level RF design and integration across wireless technologies.
• Develop wireless hardware architectures from system requirements.
• Create schematics and PCB implementations for RF transceivers and power circuitry.
• Lead RF coexistence, interference mitigation and EMI/EMC efforts.
• Coordinate bring‑up, debugging and certification activities.
• Drive production ramp and mass production readiness.
