Axon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in RF hardware to own the architecture, integration, development, and validation of sophisticated multi-transceiver systems for connected devices. You will lead bring-up, RF testing, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure robust wireless performance in field deployments.

The role requires 7+ years in embedded wireless hardware, hands-on PCB and RF design, and collaboration across antenna, mechanical, firmware, and systems groups.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded wireless hardware and RF design experience.

Responsibilities

• Own RF hardware design across LTE/5G and other wireless tech.
• Define wireless architectures from requirements to hardware.
• Lead bring-up, debugging, and validation.
• Drive certification and production.
• Collaborate with antenna, mechanical, firmware, and systems teams.
• Provide technical leadership on wireless hardware.
