RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced engineer to lead antenna, radome and measurement-system development. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams, shape technology roadmaps, and collaborate with government programs to validate hardware against requirements.

The role is onsite in Tucson with opportunities to mentor staff, drive technical execution, and deliver innovative RF solutions for defense programs. A security clearance is required or can be pursued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience leading antenna/radome designs through concept to qualification.
• Experience with antenna/radome simulation and measurement tools.
• Ability to obtain interim security clearance prior to start.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
• Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams.
• Engage with suppliers for antenna/radome manufacturing.
• Analyze simulations and test data to verify performance.
