RTX is seeking an experienced engineer for the Effector RF Design Antenna & Radome team in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on leading antenna hardware design, integration with multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating with suppliers to meet performance requirements.

The candidate will guide technology roadmaps, enable modernization, and mentor other engineers while working with government programs. On-site role with relocation support and a strong benefits package.

Formación

• Requires a STEM degree with 10+ years experience or an advanced degree with 8+ years experience.
• Experience leading antenna/radome designs through trades, design, and qualification.
• Experience with antenna/radome simulation and modeling tools (HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, GRASP).
• Ability to obtain interim security clearance prior to start date and potential for program access.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and detailed design of antenna or radome hardware.
• Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams.
• Interface with manufacturing suppliers and oversee testing.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
