Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ, is seeking an Engineer to lead antenna, radome, and measurement system technology. You will guide teams, set technology roadmaps, and collaborate with government programs to validate hardware compliance. The role is onsite and requires active security clearance eligibility.

You will design and analyze antenna hardware across interdisciplinary teams, work with manufacturers, and mentor staff while advancing innovation and program success.

Qualifications

Bachelor-grade STEM degree with 6–8+ years in antenna/radome design or related field.
Experience leading antenna/radome concepts through design and qualification.
Proficiency with HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, GRASP for simulation.
Ability to obtain interim security clearance and pursue program access.

Responsibilities

Lead development and detailed design of antenna/radome hardware.
Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams.
Engage suppliers for manufacturing and test activities.
Analyze simulation and test data to verify requirements.
