Job summary

Raytheon’s Effector RF Design Antenna & Radome team in Tucson, AZ seeks a talented Engineer to lead antenna, radome, and measurement system technology.

You will lead teams, provide technical mentorship, and collaborate with government programs to define requirements and validate hardware compliance. Onsite role in Tucson.

Required qualifications include 10+ years in antenna/radome design, experience with HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, or GRASP, and the ability to obtain interim DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 8+ years in antenna or radome design.
• Experience leading antenna/radome design through concept to qualification.
• Experience with HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, or GRASP.
• Ability to obtain interim DoD clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and detailed design of antenna or radome hardware.
• Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers for manufacturing.
• Analyze simulations and test data to verify performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
