RTX's Effector RF Design Antenna & Radome team in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced engineer to lead antenna, radome, and measurement-system technology. You will guide technical teams, shape roadmaps, and collaborate with government programs to define requirements and ensure hardware compliance.

You will work onsite in Tucson, manage cross-disciplinary design efforts with thermal, structural, and systems teams, and mentor others while driving innovative execution and program success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience leading antenna/radome designs through concept to qualification.
• Experience with antenna/radome simulation and modeling tools.
• Ability to obtain interim US government security clearance prior to start.

Responsabilidades

• Development and detailed design of antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
• Lead interdisciplinary engineering teams (thermal, structural, mechanical, systems).
• Coordinate with antenna/radome manufacturing suppliers and validate test data.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance to requirements.
