Qualifications

- Experience leading antenna/radome designs through all design phases.
- Experience with antenna/radome simulation and modeling tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and detailed design of antenna and radome hardware.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (thermal, structural, systems).
- Coordinate with manufacturing suppliers for antennas/radomes.
- Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
