Job summary
RTX is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will lead antenna and radome design efforts, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure hardware meets stringent DoD requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Experience leading antenna/radome designs through all design stages.
- Experience with antenna/radome simulation tools (HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, GRASP).
- Ability to obtain interim DoD clearance prior to start.
Responsibilities
- Develop and detail antenna/radome hardware and requirements.
- Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams.
- Coordinate with manufacturing suppliers for antenna/radome production.
- Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
