RTX’s Effector RF Design Antenna & Radome team seeks a talented engineer to lead antenna and radome hardware development in Tucson, AZ. Onsite role, guiding project teams, defining requirements, and mentoring colleagues across engineering disciplines.

The role emphasizes technical oversight, roadmap development, and collaboration with government programs while maintaining strict security clearances and program access as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with extensive antenna/radome design experience.
• Experience leading concept trades, preliminary, final design and qualification.
• Experience with antenna/radome simulation tools (HFSS/CST/FEKO/SP).

Responsibilities

• Lead antenna/radome hardware development and requirements.
• Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing suppliers for antenna/radome parts.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
