Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Engineer to lead antenna, radome, and measurement-system technology. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, oversee technical work, and coordinate with government programs to validate hardware. This onsite role requires an Interim DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship.

The team focuses on developing high-performance antenna systems and radomes, with opportunities to shape technology roadmaps and foster innovation in defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant antenna/radome design experience.
• Experience leading designs through concept to qualification stages.
• Experience with antenna/radome simulation tools and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape antenna, radome, and measurement-system technology.
• Provide technical oversight and roadmap guidance within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers for manufacturing and verifications.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
