RTX seeks an experienced RF Design Engineer to lead antenna, radome, and measurement system technology in Tucson, AZ. You will guide teams, oversee technical work, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with government programs to validate hardware compliance.

The role requires leadership, design excellence, and the ability to work with interdisciplinary teams; relocation may be offered. On-site position with security clearance requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with extensive antenna/radome design experience.
• Experience leading design through concept to qualification phases.
• Experience with antenna/radome simulation and measurement in near/far-field systems.

• Develop and design antenna and radome hardware and requirements.
• Collaborate with thermal, structural, and mechanical teams.
• Engage with manufacturers and suppliers for antenna/radome fabrication.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
