Job summary

EnableComp LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Systems to own and evolve the commercial stack—Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord—treating it as a product that becomes smarter, faster, and more automated each quarter.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Client Success to translate business needs into technical specs, design data flows, and pilot AI-enabled workflows that cut manual work across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years administering or managing Salesforce in a commercial/RevOps context.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong, and ideally Clay and Accord.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to build workflows and automate tasks.
• Strong SQL/SOQL or equivalent query fluency and data modeling skills.
• Experience writing technical specs and partnering with developers/implementation vendors.
• Excellent cross-functional communication in healthcare/RevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as platform owner for Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success to roadmap systems and translate requirements into specs.
• Design integrations across tools to ensure smooth data flow from first touch to renewal.
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable configuration and reduce workaround complexity.
• Lead AI-driven workflows and internal tools to reduce manual admin work.
• Conduct data integrity and governance reviews across the stack.
