• Own and evolve the commercial systems stack as a product (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Accord).
• - Translate business requirements into technical specs and developer handoffs.

• - Convert GTM strategy into scalable system configurations, reducing manual work.
• - Lead AI-enabled workflows and internal tools to automate admin tasks across the org.
• - Conduct data integrity, governance, and auditing across the stack.
• - Coordinate dashboards and reporting for real-time pipeline health and forecast.
• - Evaluate and pilot RevTech/AI capabilities with rollout planning.
