Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Systems to own and evolve the go-to-market tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord. This role treats the commercial stack as a product, driving smarter, faster, and more automated workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years administering or managing Salesforce in a commercial/RevOps context.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong, and ideally Clay and/or Accord.
• Proven experience using AI tools to build workflows and automation.
• Strong SQL/SOQL or equivalent query fluency and data modeling ability.
• Experience writing technical specs and collaborating with developers.

Responsibilities

• Own platform ownership of Salesforce (system of record), HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success to prioritize the systems roadmap and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Design integrations and data flows across tools to ensure clean information movement from first touch to renewal.
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable configuration and reduce manual work through automation.
• Lead AI-driven workflows and internal tools to cut manual admin across the commercial org.
• Conduct data integrity and governance reviews across the stack.
• Coordinate dashboards and reporting for real-time pipeline visibility.
