EnableComp is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Systems in Franklin, TN to own and evolve the go-to-market tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Accord). The role treats the stack as a product, driving smarter, faster, and more automated workflows, including AI connections across the commercial org.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Salesforce within RevOps, hands-on with HubSpot/Gong/Clay/Accord, and a track record of delivering AI-enabled processes, data governance, and
Competenze
- 5+ years administering Salesforce in a commercial/RevOps context.
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Gong, Clay and Accord.
- Proven AI tool experience (Claude/ChatGPT) for workflows.
- Strong SQL/SOQL query fluency and data modeling.
- Experience writing technical specs and partnering with developers.
- Cross-functional communication in healthcare/B2B sales a plus.
Mansioni
- Serve as platform owner for Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord.
- Prioritize systems roadmap with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success leadership.
- Design integrations across tools for clean data flows.
- Translate GTM strategy into scalable system configurations.
- Lead AI-assisted workflows and internal tools to reduce manual work.
- Conduct data governance reviews across the stack.
- Coordinate dashboards for leadership visibility into pipeline.
- Pilot RevTech and AI capabilities with business cases.
- Manage deal lifecycle tooling via Accord.
