EnableComp, a leader in Complex Revenue Intelligence, is seeking a seasoned RevOps/CRM professional to own and evolve our commercial systems stack. You’ll drive Salesforce stewardship, leverage HubSpot and Gong insights, and advance automated workflows to improve speed and accuracy.

Based in the United States, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success to translate business requirements into scalable technical specs, with dashboards and rollout plans guiding adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering or managing Salesforce in a commercial/RevOps context with hands-on HubSpot and Gong experience.
• Strong SQL/SOQL fluency and demonstrated AI workflow automation experience using tools like Claude or ChatGPT.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success leadership to prioritize the systems roadmap and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Conduct data integrity reviews, coordinate dashboards, and pilot new RevTech and AI capabilities with rollout plans.
