Job summary

Directive Consulting seeks an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead our RevOps practice and scale client engagements. You will guide a team of RevOps strategists, perform audits, design architectures, and drive implementations across Salesforce and marketing platforms.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, translate technical findings into actionable strategies, and ensure delivery quality in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM/Marketing Operations, or related field.
• Agency/consultancy environment with multiple client engagements.
• 1–2+ years of direct people management or leadership experience.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of RevOps professionals, overseeing workload and performance.
• Act as escalation point for complex client and technical challenges.
• Own or oversee strategic client relationships, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
• Lead audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects across Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear executive-level recommendations.
