Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale our RevOps practice. You will coach a team of RevOps strategists while staying hands-on in Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot environments to guide audits and implementations.

You will translate complex findings for senior stakeholders and help drive strategy, architecture, and client success across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, Marketing Operations, or related field.
• Agency or professional services experience with multiple client engagements.
• 1–2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Revenue Operations engineers, including workload management.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client and technical challenges.
• Own or oversee strategic client relationships, ensuring quality delivery.
• Lead audits and implementations for Salesforce, HubSpot, and MAPs.
• Provide hands‑on expertise in Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot.
• Translate technical findings into clear recommendations for executives.
