EnableComp LLC is seeking a senior RevOps systems engineer to own and optimize our Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystems, along with Gong, Clay, and Accord integrations. You will work with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success to translate business needs into scalable technical specifications.

You will lead AI-driven workflow automation, ensure data integrity, and deliver real-time dashboards that reveal pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and rep performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Own platform architecture for Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/RevOps/Client Success to define roadmap and translate requirements into specs.
• Design data flows, object models, and automation to move data from first touch to renewal.
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable system configurations and avoid manual workarounds.
• Lead AI initiatives to build AI-assisted workflows and internal tools reducing admin tasks.
• Perform data governance reviews: field standards, deduplication, permissioning, audit-readiness.
• Create dashboards and reports for real-time pipeline health, forecast, and rep performance.
• Evaluate RevTech and AI tools, build business cases and rollout plans.
• Define system aspects of deal lifecycle: pipeline stages, forecasting, quoting, and MAP tooling via Accord.
