Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Systems to own and evolve the commercial tech stack — Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord — treating it as a product. You will design integrations and AI-enabled workflows to connect systems and automate processes across the GTM engine.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Client Success to prioritize the roadmap, maintain data integrity, and deliver real-time dashboards for leadership visibility on pipeline health,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years administering or managing Salesforce in a commercial/RevOps context.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong, Clay and/or Accord.
• Real, demonstrated experience using AI tools to build workflows and automate tasks.
• Strong SQL/SOQL query fluency and ability to translate asks into clean data models.
• Experience writing technical specs and partnering with developers or vendors.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; healthcare/RCM or complex B2B sales experience a plus.
• Timely and regular attendance; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations.
• Willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the commercial systems stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Accord) as a product.
• Design integrations, data models, and automation to connect GTM processes end-to-end.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows and tools to reduce manual work across the commercial org.
• Coordinate dashboards and reporting giving real-time visibility into pipeline health and forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success to roadmap systems initiatives.
• Evaluate new RevTech/AI capabilities and build business cases for rollout.
• Ensure data governance, field standards, deduplication, and audit-readiness.
