Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Systems to own and evolve the commercial tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Accord). You will drive smarter, faster, and more automated processes, including AI‑driven workflows using Claude, aligning system design with GTM strategy and revenue objectives.

You’ll partner across Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Client Success to build scalable integrations, govern data, and provide leadership dashboards that show pipeline health, forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years administering Salesforce in a RevOps context.
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Gong, Clay and Accord.
• Proven use of AI tools to automate workflows.
• Strong SQL/SOQL fluency and data modeling.
• Experience writing technical specs with vendors.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; healthcare B2B experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own platform for Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success to roadmap and translate requirements.
• Design integrations across tools to ensure clean data flow from first touch to renewal.
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable configuration, avoiding workarounds.
• Lead AI-driven workflows and internal tools to reduce manual admin work.
• Conduct data integrity and governance reviews across the stack.
• Coordinate dashboards and real-time pipeline/forecast reporting.
• Evaluate and pilot RevTech and AI capabilities with rollout plans.
• Manage deal lifecycle systems: pipelines, forecasting, CPQ-adjacent workflows via MAP.
